Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and ship your order. During holidays or product launches, this timeframe may be slightly longer.

To keep shipping affordable within Canada, orders are sent via untracked letter mail through Canada Post for $4. This method does not include tracking, and delays can occasionally happen.

If you'd prefer to have a tracking number, we recommend upgrading your shipping method at checkout. Since letter mail isn’t tracked, Shopify may not notify you when your package ships. If you're wondering when your order went out, feel free to send us a message — we're happy to help!

Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, Nahema Clay Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For any shipping issues, please contact Canada Post directly (if your package was shipped with tracking). If your order is large, time-sensitive, or important, we strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping for added peace of mind.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We can't be responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to address errors. If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you need to correct the address, email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll assess the situation and determine if a replacement can be issued.
