DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

YES!  We do offer custom orders.  These are a great option for keepsake gifts, one of a kind bridal jewelry, and/or bridesmaid gifts, etc!  There is a design fee that varies depending on the intricacy of the design being requested.  Custom orders can take up to three weeks to make before they are ready to ship.  If you would like to know more about the process or interested in the placing a custom order, please fill out our contact form.

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes, we do offer wholesale!  Prices do vary depending on style, intricacy, and overall availability.  Current lead time for wholesale orders are 2-4 weeks.  If you are interested in Nahema Clay Co for wholesale availability in your store, please email Marisa at nahemaclayco@outlook.com

 

ARE POLYMER CLAY EARRINGS HEAVY?

Polymer clay is an extremely lightweight material, making even the largest statement earrings feel almost weightless in your ears! 

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE PICKUP OR DELIVERY?

We are currently offering pickup only.  Due to the time-cost of local delivery as full-time working individuals, we will no longer be offering this as an option at this time.  

Pickups will be available every Saturday and Sunday at the Halifax Seaport Farmer’s Market at our table (space 66 on the map).  You will receive a ready for pick up email on Friday, and we will have your package ready for pickup that weekend.  

At this time, pickup for Nahema Clay Co is only available on the weekends while we attend our table at the Farmer’s Market.  If you are not able to pick up your order the weekend it is available, we will have it with us the following weekend until it is picked up.  

Seaport Farmer’s Market hours are: 

Saturdays: 8 am to 2 pm 

Sundays: 10 am to 2 pm

If we will not be attending the market on a weekend, or a for only 1 day, we will always share that information on our social media pages, so be sure to follow along to get all of our latest up-to-date information! 

If you placed an order for pickup, and we will be away from the farmer’s market the weekend your item is ready for pick up, we will not mark your item ready for pickup, and will let you know at the contact information provided on your order.  If this happens to you, and you are needing your package in a timely manner, we can discuss other options with you.  

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 3-5 business days from time of purchase for your order to be shipped out.  In order to offer cost effective shipping within Canada, packages are sent through untracked letter mail via Canada Post – and shipping delays may occur.  We are unable to track letter mail packages once they are given to the shipper.  If you would like a tracking number for your purchase, please upgrade shipping at checkout.  

Once your order has been dropped off, Nahema Clay Co cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.  If there are any issues with shipping, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number (if applicable).  Please see our shipping policy for full details.  

 

WHAT KIND OF METAL IS USED ON YOUR JEWELRY?

The majority of our earring studs, ball posts, and hoops are hypoallergenic stainless steel.  Our earring hooks are gold plated brass.  Each earring listing will provide materials used – including this material information.  

Specialty posts, such as additives of stones or designs, are gold plated brass and nickel free, making them suitable for sensitive ears.  Any decorative “gold” findings added to our earring designs are made of brass. Please see our care instructions for any questions about cleaning your earrings. 

 Allergy Disclaimer:

Some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies they may have to metals or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase.  Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, Nahema Clay Co will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.    

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

For quality control, and sanitation reasons, all sales are final.  If something is wrong with the order you received, please email us at nahemaclayco@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

PRE-ORDER DETAILS: 

Some designs that take a lot of detail will be listed as a pre-order item.  This is so we can ensure we can provide anyone who wants a pair to get one.  This means that they will be made to order.  Pre-order items can take approximately 1-2 weeks to prepare.  While we strive to work with a deadline of 1 week - it could take up to 2 weeks if the demand is high.  
If you order other items along with a pre-order item, we will wait to ship everything together once your pre-order is complete.  

 

A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST:

Due to the nature of handmade art, please keep in mind that no two pieces are identical – and may have slight variations from what is pictured.  Handmade polymer clay earrings are susceptible to very minor imperfections, but does not affect the overall value of the pieces.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marisa at nahemaclayco@outlook.com
